Dot Wild

Dot Wild is a small interactive photo toy about slowing down and looking at scenery in a different way.

Choose an outdoor photo — or use one of the built-in scenes — and watch it turn into a field of glowing dots that sways with the wind.

Drag across the image to scatter the light like sand. Switch rendering styles and color palettes, tune the wind and glow, then freeze the moment as a 3:4 postcard.

How to play

1. Press Start Exploring
2. Choose a built-in scene, take a photo, or select one from your device
3. Drag across the image to brush the glowing grains apart
4. Try different styles, colors, wind, and glow
5. Press Freeze This Moment
6. Add a location and download your postcard

Privacy

Photos you select are processed locally by the project in your browser. Dot Wild does not upload your selected photos to a server.

Best experience

Best enjoyed on a phone in portrait orientation, but it also works with a mouse on desktop.
